Rudy’s technology, security and compliance expertise spans over 19 years of success leveraging technology and leadership best practices in the design and operation of secure enterprise IT initiatives. Prior to joining GoldSky, Silva served as AVP of Technical Services at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). HCA is one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare services, made up of 185 hospitals and 119 freestanding surgery centers across the United States and the United Kingdom.

Rudy’s primary role at HCA was to strategically define, develop and execute comprehensive technical solutions to support technology, security, compliance and business needs that improved the daily efforts of HCA’s providers and their staff.
